Hi all, is there an alternative app to iTunes i can use to sync my iPad. Most of my videos are not recognised by iTunes and it will be a pita to convert them all.....

Most video players like the oplayer has WiFi syncing

I'd strongly advise against Wi-Fi synching. iTunes File Sharing is, according to my own (VERY thorough) benchmarks an order of magnitude faster. Don't bother with a much inferior solution (at least if you have huge videos to copy).

Use nPlayer and, as I've pointed out above, the standard iTunes File Sharing.

I suggest you PlayerXtreme HD. I am using it to play MKV, AVI and music too.
It has WiFi sharing and is very easy to use.

Thank you all, in the end i used IVI to convert my videos. Since all my videos were neatly filed and named, IVI did a great job at batch processing the files.
