I am taking a trip next spring to Israel and I am trying to figure out the best way to charge my iPhone 13, iPad Air (4th gen from 2020) and Series 9 Watch. I have this (https://www.zagg.com/3-in-1-travel-charger-magsafe-apple) which seems to be working since I got the replacement unit. However I still have the iPad to charge. I will also have to take a medical device that takes regular AC power. I am aware any device will need adapter and/or power converter as well. I am still looking at those options as well.

I am eying this device from Anker (https://www.anker.com/products/a91c...ns_power-strips=undefined&Sort_by=Recommended) as it would in theory allow me to just use the cables to charge my devices as well as my Bose Headphones, Anker Powerbank and potentially the medical device but I was wondering if anyone has seen any device that offers AC and USB/USBC charging that is “portable” (under 2lbs).

There are a bunch of these on Amazon. Weighs less than a pound, and only $15.00 US. Thinking I'll get myself one.

I got one that looks exactly like this, for the UK. Worked fine for 10 days in Scotland. Note that the one I got, at least, does NOT convert voltage to 110v so whatever I plugged in had to be able to handle 220-240 vAC. That wasn’t a problem for my laptop charger and my hair dryer, but check your medical device specs to see what input voltage it’ll accept.
