I've got a time capsule which is approaching 4 years old and it seems to be failing as the WiFi is constantly being lost on the TV'S connection.

So I was wondering if there are any alternatives for a wireless hard drive than what apple offers??

Edit. I've answered my own question. I just realised I can simply connect my TC to the router and solely use the routers WiFi.

@laudern My recommendation is to get an AirPort Extreme refurbished for $129 from Apple. It carries the same warranty as a new one and also officially supports Time Machine to a USB hard drive. Generally, once they start acting up like that it is not long before the whole Time Capsule breaks down.
