I use my phone a lot while sitting at a desk with the phone lying on its back. I like for the phone to lie flat on its back without any wobble. iPhone can't lie flat on account of the camera bump so I rely on a case to "flatten things out."
I like the pliability and the material used for the Caudabe Sheath. However the Caudabe Sheath is too minimalist because it doesn't allow the phone to lie flat. The Tech21 EVO Tactical has nice material but this thing is overkill with protection and is too bulky/thick. The Apple Silicone case is perfect thickness but I don't like the feel and durability and stiff hard backing of the case.
Couple questions:
1) How much wobble is there on an iPhone X/XS with a Caudabe Sheath? With phone on its back, does it seem stable or is there any instability (wobble)? My understanding is the phone won't lie perfectly flat but how far off is it exactly?
2) Any other cases I should look at that use a Caudabe Sheath like material but are more along the thickness of an iPhone Silicone case?
