I'm using Dreamweaver CS4 for basic website editing. I need to move to something else but don't want to pay for Dreamweaver as it's expensive and I don't think I need that much functionality. Is there a lower cost alternative for the Mac that is good? WYSIWYG would be important.

Thanks,

JT

The other poster was talking with Adobe creative cloud service you can pay a monthly fee to always have the most current version of the adobe apps. You can subscribe on the app level or the whole suite

Rapidweaver is interesting but is it just me or does it seem to need $50-$100 worth of addins before it's pretty functional?

Hyperedit seems pretty decent. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hyperedit/id412558458?mt=12

True, you need to buy a theme for ~$30, then Stacks 2, then some stacks, then some add ons for other functionality such as search.

Seems like a lot, but if you build these add ons up over time it's not too bad.
Oh and OP, the reasonably priced alternatives I know about are:
RapidWeaver
Sandvox
Goldfish
Freeway
