alternative to eyeTV

i was interested in an eyeTV, but thought it was a bit expensive, and am interested in any alternatives.

if you have a PM with free PCI slot (which doesn't seem like you do) you can check the alchemy miglia card.

what about a refurbished eyetv 200 for $200?

there's also the plextor convertx for the mac, but it costs about the same as a refurb eyetv 200.

don't know your budget so it's hard to give more recommendations...
