Alternative to iDVD

I am looking for some software similar to iDVD, as far as DVD burning and creation. Lately when i've been using iDVD it seems to be taking unnecessarily long. What happened to the days when I could burn a DVD in an hour?

Last one I burned with iDVD took about 6 hours.. Although I did use a menu but c'mon this is ridiculous. It turns burning a few discs into an all day project.

I need a replacement!

Good choice "Toast" have been using it for about eight years now without any problems.
