Alternative to Rinse or TuneUp for iTunes info?

I am looking for a program to clean up my girlfriend's iTunes library on her MBP. Is there a free alternative that edits the track info automatically? Open-source maybe?

For Mac you can use Song Genie (paid)

For Windows, in order to remove iTunes duplicates, you can use copytrans TuneTastic (free).
