Hi,

a year or so ago I used to use runkeeper pro for my training plan. Now I ready to start training again, I was looking around and noticed that the Pro version seems to now be the free version, which is good, but also that the reviews of the latest version are poor..not so good

so, I'll probably get it anyway but before I do I just wondered if anyone knew of any decent alternatives (pay or free) that can match run keeper?

I particularly need

  • the ability to create custom programs - 1 min on, 30 seconds off, 2mins on, 30 seconds off etc with audio feedback
  • tracking of distance/time using GPS
  • audio feedback of status (ahead or behind schedule etc)

thanks for any tips
