alternative to Scaldo Remove that never happened

Since Scaldo was bought buy Nokia who was bought by Microsoft.
I can stop holding my breath for Scaldo Remove software for ios.. I guess.

So has anyone done anything like it.
I found. TouchReTouch and Photo Erase

but both seem to do what photoshop clone tool does. Which is smart smear over the object. I'd like something that supersamples the image and then replaces it. Like the Remove seemed to do.
