Alternative to WinClone?

I have cloned my drives with CCC and want to install my new 500g Seagate into my 13" Macbook Pro. I have a Boot Camp partition and understand that I need to clone it with WinClone. I can't sem to access them online to download the program. Does anyone have an alternative or should I just partition after I install the new drive then reinstall XP and my software and data - the long way?
