Alternative to Windows Live Sync

Hi, I work with my brother and we use the same files. Windows Live Sync will stop working March 31' and i`m searching a simple software to replace it.
Have to do:
- Sync folders in multiple macs automatically when they are modified;
- Sync over LAN. Online Storage/Sync NOT necessary.

Simple! But very hard to find

Any idea?

Dropbox is much expensive. $198/year for 2 people.

Windows Live Sync for Mac is now Windows Live Mesh for Mac. I use it to sync files between my laptop running OS X and Windows 7 to my desktop running Windows 7. It works very well for me. Check it out.

I use Synk to do excatly what you are trying to do. It allows me to keep my MBP and MBA in sync over LAN.

Pro version is bit expensive but I didnt mind paying $60 because it works extremely well.

Glad I stopped by this thread. I've been using Sync Toy. It is great for Win to Mac but always throws up errors when copying from the Mac to Win. Hopefully this will work better.

Since you are just syncing Mac's you could try out Chronosync.
