Activator is a background process that is a requirement for many Cydia tweeks to work. Something like this is not required, since any developer can institute things like shake to start music, use back button to exit app after two hits, swipe up to do some process, etc... within the app they build. That said, I'm sure they is an app out in the Play Store that gives you the same functionality as Activator, I just have never seen the need for it.

Intelli X isn't needed. It's already built in to the Android Notification Center. Simply swipe down from the top of the screen. If you want more, Xposed Frameworks is what you want to download for tweeking your phone more to get those features you want.
