Alternatives to Geekbench that run for longer

Can anyone point me to some benchmarking software that is similar to Geekbench, but runs for longer?

I'm trying to measure the performance of the new Pro compared with the 12" MacBook but the the 1-2 minutes Geekbench runs for doesn't appear to be long enough for the thermal throttling to really kick in fully on the MacBook.

If you just want to stress the CPU, handbreak works fine.
