Just got my new iMac (27", i7 with Lion preinstalled) and realized that iDVD does not come with it, which sucks because i have a ton of old movies that I wanted to add chapters to and burn to DVD. Does anyone know of a way to get iDVD? If not, what alternatives are you using that does hat iDVD did?

Found iDVD '11 for 19.99 US on the App store. Not a bad price if you intend to use fairly often, or for a lot of video.

That is not the real iDVD. If you look at the reviews, everyone that downloaded it says it sucks.

Your best bet would be to acquire a copy of iLife '11 on Disc format. I believe it still has iDVD on it even though it isn't on the box. if that is false you'd have to go back until you do find it.
