Alternatives to Netcut ?

I'm currently using Macbook pro 13-inch ( intel ) on Maverick OS. Are there any alternative programs to netcut or other work-arounds which function the ability to disconnect other people in the same LAN ?

Plus I only have access to the network, but don't have access to the router.

Much obliged if someone could help.
