Hi,

I bought Alu iMac in New Zealand. Is it compatible to use in other countries with different voltage and different shaped plug? I am hoping to take my iMac to Korea and US where the voltage is different from NZ. Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks.

It should work, yes.

http://www.apple.com/imac/specs.html

Electrical and environmental requirements
* Meets ENERGY STAR requirements
* Line voltage: 100-240V AC
* Frequency: 50Hz to 60Hz, single phase

* Maximum continuous power: 200W (20-inch models); 280W (24-inch model)
* Operating temperature: 50° to 95° F (10° to 35° C)
* Storage temperature: -40° to 185° F (-40° to 85° C)
* Relative humidity: 5% to 95% noncondensing
* Maximum altitude: 10,000 feet

However, Apple doesn't appear to sell cables/adapters for desktops, only laptops. You may have to call them to see if one is available.

If it's anything like the white iMac, you can just plug a standard pc power cable in (the only difference with the iMac cable is a round plate, to make it blend in more).
But yes, the iMac power supply can handle 110-240 volts, on either 50 or 60Hz, so you just need the new cable.
