Alu Keyboard shock!

I keep getting static shocks every time I take my hand off my keyboard and put it back down! Literally, every time!

Are we talking about the new slimline USB keyboard here or one of the MacBook Pros?


Cause I used to get static discharges from my MBP but now I've prevented that from ever happening again! I've added a wrist matt to the palm rest!

I was referring to the new slimline USB keyboards. I wish there was some sort of static mat for it.

Oh.. maybe you should check to see, if there's grounding between your mac and the mains outlet... I think bad grounding could be a cause for static discharges, occasionally something you wear, can cause a static build up.
