Hey guys,

I have an Aluminum macbook c2d, upgraded to 8gb ram, 320gb hdd. I'd like to get an optibay and a ssd. The ram made a significant speed difference, and Im wondering if adding the ssd will also make a big boost, considering its bottleneck is the c2d. It still does everything I ask of it, but if I can speed it up I want too.

Id just put the OS on it, and get a 60gb or less. =)

got a late 2008 book aluminum, have done just that,
got a 64gb ssd from crucial, loaded os only.
launch third party apps from ext. boy! can you tell the difference!
the ssd only cost £68, well pleased :D
