Hello!

Does anybody know what kind of aluminium (or aluminum as you say state-side) alloy Apple uses for their enclosures like the Powerbook and the G5? I know it's used in the aircraft industry, but I'm looking for a specific code, starting with AA and then 4 numbers. I'm guessing it's a AA5xxx or AA6xxx series alloy. If anybody knows the alloying components, that's ok too. :) I'm just curious, as I am a materials scientist.
Thanx!

Frederik
