hey all,
sorry if this is in the wrong place... its my first post.
i'm looking into fixing up my white plastic macbook 13.3" and i was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to put the nicer screen from the aluminium macbook into my plastic one??

cheers in advance
-Steve

i would not recommend you to do so because it may not be compatible with the new macbook. you should rather "customize" it with some parts you can get online.
i hope this helps thou i know it wont :-/

sorry i didn't really explain it well, i've got a macbook white that i want to replace the screen as its covered in scratches and marks from the keyboard. i want to replace it with the newer screen on the aluminium macbooks as its a much nicer screen..

cheers for the reply anywho :)

You mean the macbook pro. I realy would not recommend you to do that but if you nevertheles are going to i think that it might work since they are both apple products. I still hope you know that if anything goes wrong the varanty is invalid and apple wont pay you. I realy hope that you will get it repaired without aby issues since broken computers are realt anoying.
