Aluminium Time Capsule

Well, do you guys know if there's ever been any rumours that one is in the works? The white plastic is looking a bit old, ala previous gen Mac Mini. If one comes, will you buy it?

I don't think there will ever be a metal encased Airport device or Time Capsule. Because it would interfer with the WiFi.

Apple uses a white plastic design for their peripherals/accessories, so don't expect the Time Capsule to change. They're not all exclusively plastic, but these all use white plastic as part of their aesthetic: the apple wired/wireless keyboard, magic mouse, airport, time capsule, docks, earphones, all cables, adapters, etc.

There are a few that stick out, but Apple generally sticks to white plastic for peripherals and accessories.
