Aluminum Blue with solo loop?

I could have sworn I saw this available early on... are they sold out or are they just not selling the blue aluminum with the solo loop?

Reason I'm asking is that i'm getting the watch for my wife who is a dentist and she needs a band she can clean quickly and easily. I would even just order the sport band but the only ones available are both thread based bands (braided solo and sport loop) which aren't ideal for quick cleaning.

If it's not available i guess I'll just buy it separately and steal the braided solo loop from her.

Yes, as @rKunda mentioned you can use the Apple Watch Studio to configure any combination of watch and band. That being said, some configurations of the watch and band are more popular that others currently, leading to availability issues.

I would buy the Solo loop separately. That way, you may get the watch sooner.

Yeah, it would be nice if on the Buy page Apple had something like: “Pick from our curated configurations, or create your own in the Apple Watch Studio.”
