The bottom of my 6S (in between the lower antenna bands) is discolored.. Is this normal on a 6 month old Silver 6S?

Would apple replace it under the warranty?

AC doesn't cover cosmetic issues. Although abnormal, it's unlikely that it would be a replaceable issue.
 
Can you post pics of the discoloration? Do you use your phone with a case?

I never experienced any discoloration when I owned the 6s for over a year. But I didn't use a case either.

Likely it wouldn't be replaced, unless it was affecting the performance of the iPhone. I agree with others in here, it could be caused by a case.
