Aluminum MacBook

Recently purchased a new aluminum MacBook, installed Windows XP under Bootcamp. When I boot to Windows, the network card and other hardware are not recognised by windows. What do I need to do to resolve this?

Will the disc which came with my MacBook solve the bootcamp, window's driver problem?
