After upgrading to iOS 11.3 Safari always asks to save a password. Before I could select “never for this website” and I’d never be promoted again.
This option has now gone

When I logged in again I was presented with the never save box. I selected it and logged in. Then I logged out and went to login again and the options popped up again to save, never or not now. I selected never and logged in again and the process goes on and on and on.
Definitely an 11.3 bug
