Whenever I'm on my Macbook Pro the time seems to be wrong. I have it synced with Apple's online time servers, but it is still always several hours off and I have to reset it manually. I'm connected with my School's WiFi network when I notice it, but it shouldn't have an effect. I already checked that the timezone is correct as well.

Is the clock off by some fixed amount of time, as if the timezone setting were incorrect?

If so, have you tried changing the timezone setting? Is the clock then correct for that new timezone?

If so, what happens if you then reset the timezone to be correct for you?
