Always Keep App Running?

Is there a way to launch a program at start, hide it, and then always keep it running without showing the icon on my doc or in the force quit menu?

Apps I would like to do this with:
Ghost Notes
Bartender
Boom 2
Money Wiz 2
Mail Plane 3
Divvy
