Always logged out of Apple TV, Apple Music, App Store...

After the update to Catalina I've always got the notification that I have to login into my Apple ID. A workaround from here (logging out and in again) helped. But I have the same problem with the Apple TV, Apple Music and App Store apps. After every restart of my Macbook I have to login. Why?
