Always show print details not working on Catalina

So I used to apply this tweak to always show the print details rather than having to click on the show details from the left portion of the print dialogue:

defaults write -g PMPrintingExpandedStateForPrint -bool TRUE

Just tried it on Catalina 10.15.1 and rebooted but it doesn't work

any ideas of how to make it work or perhaps the command has changed?
