As a result, the only group of individuals who need to specifically go to the AT&T stores are business/corporate customers.

I get a discount on my AT&T service using my corporate discount. But they have nothing to do with the bill, etc. So do I have to go to an AT&T store?

There is another thread on this issue. I would recommned removing the FAN. They do consider you Business.

Absolutely not true. You can apply a FAN discount to your personal line and not pay for a business plan.

if you have ANY corporate discount on the plan -- you need to go to at&t. if you really want to go to apple:

remove the fan from your account
go get iphone at apple
add fan back to account

Ok. That might be true. But you should be able to add the FAN back on the account and not pay for a business plan. I guess I just interrupted pugnut differently.
