iPhone 11 Pro Am I able to exchange iPhone 11 Pro for a different color on IUP after exchange/return window?

I bought the iPhone 11 Pro in silver on launch day through the IUP. I’m wondering if anyone has had any experience exchanging their phone for the exact same model and capacity, but in a different color, while on the IUP program? Or is Apple’s 14 day return/exchange policy pretty strict? Thanks for the help!

I agree. I paid 1358 after tax for the phone. Gotta be happy with it for at least 12 months

Your best bet is to pop into an Apple store, be polite and friendly and explain the situation and hope that the manager is sympathetic. That’s pretty much all you can do after the 14 day return period.
