Am I allowed to promote my forums here?

Hey, I am wondering if I'm allowed to promote my forums here. It's about general technology discussion and general discussion as well. Not trying to steal forum members or be a spammer just trying to get the name out there. Let me know if this is ok (forum staff). Thanks!
