Around 5 months ago I paid £300 to switch from my 15 Pro Max to a 16 Pro, not sure why really, just had that new tech itch!

Anyway, I’m really missing the extra screen space from the 15PM and find myself mis-typing lots on the 16P possibly due to the slightly more cramped keyboard

I’m also finding battery life worse on the 16P so now I’m considering picking up a “pristine” refurb 15PM again (from musicmagpie in the UK) and selling my 16P (to the same site - not interested in risking a private sale) - it’s likely to cost me £60 to switch back but would anyone suggest this is a BAD idea?? Anyone done the same??

16PM is too big and expensive and I really don’t like the durability issues with the aluminium on the 17PM as 90% of the time I’m caseless!!

I traded in my 15 Pro Max for a 17 Pro. Initially I REALLY loved the feeling in the hand. But I'm 5'11 and a big guy (round, not tall) - and yeah the keyboard was not as enjoyable to use.

So first time in my life I returned it on my 14th day for an iPhone Air. Much prefer the larger screen - I do notice I can no longer hit the back button on some apps with my thumb like I could with the 17 Pro (one handed) - but the larger screen is much easier for me to type on.

My wife is very happy with her 17 Pro (coming from a 15 Pro Max) - but she's half my size (both height/width).

For $60 to switch back? Yeah, go with a phone you'll enjoy more especially if you are going caseless.
