Setup a P4 2ghz with hyperthreading enabled, and checked under XPSP2, I see two processors.

I started two different instances (in their own directories) of teh fah_core and gave them different machine ID's. They're both doing the same project (1809) but have different Run/Class/Gen ID's in the log file. They appear to be similar in size and are taking almost exactly the same amount of time to run..

Could I be doing the same WU twice? Just want to make sure I'm not wasting resources..

It looks that way, and maybe they are doing the same WU. It's normal with a two instances of folding. After they both finish you will get different WU's. Stanford then sees that you have two different instances of folding going. Now they think something has gone wrong with the download and have given you the same WU.

Gotcha.. I'll keep an eye on it, thanks!
