Am I eligible for 10 dollars iLife 09 upgrade?

I have an Early-2008 MacBook Pro. Purchased it in July of 2008.

I have a feeling I'm not eligible, but not quite sure to be honest with you.

no, its for the new ones that are being shipped like the late macbooks or mba or the macbook pro 17 inch..
basically the late 08 models. i tried getting it for my early 08 white macbook. no can do
