I purchased an iPhone 3GS in August 2010 with a 2 year contract with AT&T and got "unlimited" data. I'm still on this "unlimited" data plan, though it is getting throtled of course if I use over 10gb or so per month. I would like to keep this plan of course because it's a much better value than anything offered right now. So my quesiton is, will I be able to continue my current plan and be eligible for the subsidized pricing or will AT&T require me to sign a new contract?
