It came with 9.0 on my new 6S but i upgraded to 9.0.1 and it crippled my FB messenger calling.

Is there an IPSW for the 6S for 9.0???

I think although I can't be sure, that there's a bug in 9.0 that affects the Live Photos on the 6S phones. That's what iMore says anyway (http://www.imore.com/live-photos-iphone-6s-turning-video-clips-heres-fix ) and they advise upgrading to 9.0.1. If you search around it seems Apple are no longer signing the IPSW for the 6S phones, I guess because of this bug.
