Am I no longer eligible for free AppleTV+ after changing store region?

Recently I bought the iPhone 12 Pro Max and I got Apple TV+ subscription for free. However, I changed my App Store region and now I no longer see the subscription for Apple TV+. Is thee any way to get it back?

Switch back to the original App Store region and you will probably see your subscription.
