I have read so many hate comments on the back bands of the iPhone 6/+ and I do not even care about that characteristic. It may be because I have had a case on, the leather one to be exact. However even with it off I do not consider the lines ugly... It gives it character in my opinion.

I really don't mind them, either. But then again, I don't obsess too much on the back of my Plus.

I don't think it will matter, as most people will put a case over them. I'd love to rock a naked phone, but I just can't. That protruding camera lens and the fact that these phones scratch so easily don't allow that to happen.

Who remembers what a phone looks like anyway? Mines been in a case from the beginning. I vaguely remember that it's black.

Couldn't tell you if mine has antenna break lines or not.

The lines are fine. When the 5 came out, I didn't like the back. It was so empty and... Unfinished. The back of the 4 had as much design integrity as the front of the phone. The 6/6+ overall design is a step forward toward complete design. The iPhone is a work in progress.

I agree with all. The band lines don't bother me either. Plus my phone stays inside a case. I don't have the guts to use a 'naked' phone. Although, I love the Macbook pro look of iPhone 6/+.

Te band lines don't bother me, my phone is in a case and even if it wasn't , I'm going to be looking at the screen not the back !

I've got an Apple Leather Case on my 6+, and it feels like part of the phone. Don't even think about the lines on th back now. Not that they ever bothered me that much.

those bands remind me of camouflage strips used to hide the design of a pre-launch phone.

I like them a lot more than the glass sections on the 5 and 5S.

The 6 and the 6+ are the best looking phones since the 4 IMO.

I'm indifferent. Mine is covered with a case anyway.

I dont mind them being there. However, I am an RF engineer and understand the need for them and how awful the experience would be without them. What I dont like is how the bands of the silver and gold one discolor if you have any kind of a case of anything on them.

It looks like this.

They look out of place, causing a deviation from Apple design (in my opinion). I think they could have been better implemented.

It appears that everyone made a 180 on their opinion on them now that it's not just a rumor or leak.

I never had a big problem with them. In most lighting they look far better than the 5. You can't even really see them from a lot of angles.

I like them too, it actually looks good IMO, if it was all just metal'ed out it wouldnt look as good I dont think, Also call me crazy but I actually do like the slight camera protrusion too with the nice beautiful darkish gray gunmetal ring that surrounds the camera, covered in sapphire lens glass, its beautiful IMO..
