I don't like the iPhone layout. It's crap. And I don't know how to change it so the icons aren't sticky, I can scroll icon by icon or even vertical would be nice.

Any help??

You can make folders by dragging icons on top of each other, but anything else is not possible. Things could change next week though, watch for it at WWDC.

I don't think we're going to be of much help.

I'm afraid you've purchased the wrong device if you want that sort of customisation. Either get used to the UI or sell it.

I don't understand what you mean by sticky icons

If you are referring to the bottom row of icons that stay on every screen that is the dock. You can change the icons the same way as the other ones. tap and hold until they start to shake then move them as you want, you can drag icons from the grid to the dock. After you are done with moving press the home button.

If you are unhappy with the Grid and bottom row of icons, lamentably that's how most smartphones OS's have the layout, not just the iPhone.
