iPod touch Am I the only one with a good iPod Touch from week 37 ?

I don't know if I should consider my W37 one good, but I'm certainly happy with it as-is. I don't have a whole lot of video with dark scenes.

I got a wk 37 after I "pre"ordered online on the evening of the 5th. I have no plans to return it. screen looks on just as good playing videos and browsing cover art, pics, etc, side by side with my samsung lcd and powerbook lcd. i don't feel that I have any grounds to return it if it looks as good as my other lcds. but of course the week 38 cult will never believe this.

Watch a dark movie and see if the image gets brighter(to its normal form) when you tilt the LCD.. On a bad LCD, when you view it straight on, certain things that should be visible is dark and not viewable, once you tilt it in certain direction, that area is now viewable..
 
Nope! I have a good week 37 as well. You can see my pictures in other threads in this forum.
 
I thought I had a good one until I tried to watch certain video (Stargate episodes do well). The Jay-Z album cover is a telltale indicator. Also, if you look at the album shadows/reflections in Cover Flow, they show it, and can be a sign of deeper issues.
 
"Jay-Z album cover" test and dark video test, PASS on both...

my week 37 touch passes on both os the tests...I can see the detail on Batman beg. and Superman ret...and on the "Jay-Z album cover" I can see the hands, the title, face...no neg. xray type effect...
