Am I the only one with tracking problems in Windows Vista

I just BootCamped Windows Vista on my Mac running 10.5.8 and everything went fine. The biggest issue I have noticed is that tracking stinks!

Halfway through using Windows, the multi-touch features stop and I have one option, double clicking to open or use my Mighty Mouse.

Am I the only one? Is there a fix? I need my trackpad because I am using HTML in Notepad++, so....
