Im on hold with Apple (in canada) because I just got my macbook back from a service center and they told me my problem can't be fixed right now (basically I have to reset the PRAM 7 times out of 10 when I start up my macbook since it boots to a dark gray screen)
Anyway, they told me that Apple doesnt know how to fix it and I'm on hold with Tech Support to ask them whats the deal. Am I holding for the right people? Should I be talking to Customer Service or something, not tech support?
And will they even talk to me after the 90 days of phone service is done? I don't need them to help me fix the thing, if a service dude can't then I won't be able to, I just wanna get the scoop from them and see what they can do for me...
edit:
I was holding for the right department, and apparently since I have bootcamp they won't help me so I asked if i just reformat and have just OSX will they help me, and he said "yup" so I told him I'd call back.
