Amazing Apple Pencil Tech

Has anyone noticed this: When you put your Apple Pencil aside and not move it for some time, it disconnects from the iPad Pro. But the moment you pick it up, it connects again! This happens very quickly and you don't even notice it happening unless you look at the bluetooth icon on the top right of the screen going from gray to white...feakin' cool.

Anyway, just my observation.

Yep I noticed it to. It's like a soft standby mode.
