Hello,

Just want to share my experience at the Apple Store at the Manchester Arndale today.

My iPhone developed a fault with the screen, Apple wanted me to post it which would mean no phone for as my 7 plus is delayed.

I went to the store at 10:00 and explained the situation. The man I spoke to was ace, he said they were really busy and would see what they could do (understandably). He got me booked in without an appointment and said hang around. Within 15 mins my phone was with a genius, they replaced the screen and I collected it an hour and a half later.

Great service and they have saved me loads of trouble, could have easily said they were too busy! Thanks Apple!
 
One of the reasons I go with Apple is my past experiences with customer service and how awesome it was.

Android manufacturers are a ****ing nightmare to deal with if you ever need to send your phone to them for any warranty work done, while with Apple you can be in and out in less than 15 min.
