Amazon.co.uk discounting MBP 13 2.26 by over £100

Does this mean anything? Will there be a silent refresh? Should I just buy it while it's cheap? Another ten pounds or so off and it'll be cheaper than HE discount.

Not necessarily.
The price on Amazon has been going up and down for a while.
It went down to £786 at one point in the past couple of months before rocketing to £810.56 or something. Then it dropped a few pence. Now it's dropped fully.
Atm, the best deal is surprisingly at Comet (online).
Buy any Mac (I think, confirmed for the 2.26GHz MacBook Pro) and get Office 08 free. Then you can stack this discount code: 6500AW to get 6% off anything over £500. This expires tomorrow though so be quick if you're in the market for it. In total, it comes to something like £845. Think of it as £800 for the MacBook Pro and £45 for Office (less than half price according to Comet).
