Amazon.com is offering rebates on SR macbooks

It seems like they just offered them recently(the black one is still out of stock). Its the same deal as they offered on previous gen macbooks: $75 for white and $100 for black. Nice if you live in a state with a high sales tax.

I just bought my macbook from them yesterday on the 12th and its already prepped to be sent out today.

I ordered my Macbook from Amazon yesterday (the 13th). The rebate form states that valid purchase dates are 11/13/2007 to 12/03/2007. It is an online rebate and requires the information from the packing slip.

Bevo - I would call Amazon and discuss this with them. Maybe they will honor the rebate for you. Good luck.
