I just received word from amazon via email that MBA I purchased via gold box special on Jan 28th has been shipped and will reach me by Feb 15th.
The original shipping date was march 29th with a delivery date of April 1st.
Good news for anyone who ordered from amazon hopefully!
On a side note I also placed an MBA order with amazon on Jan 15th that still says not yet shipped. That was placed without the gold box special so I canceled that just now.
Got the cheaper deal and got it faster!
