hi I ordered 3 items from amazon, all sold or fulfilled by amazon and was all delivered in the same box, I bought these items with a voucher, anyway when I received my order there was no invoice or packing slip in the box, all the items were in the box but i would have thought amazon may have included a packing slip or invoice with my order, is it normal for amazon not to do this? Thanks

Hi thanks for your reply, yeah I can access an invoice on my amazon account, I just am curious why I received no physical receipt or invoice with my amazon order, all three items were in the amazon package yet no documentation such as a invoice or receipt, wondering if it is normal for amazon to not include any documentation with their packages, the items were all sold or fulfilled by amazon.

Yes, as the invoice already were sent out after the order were processed, I don’t think it’s strange that it doesn’t come any physical receipt in the package. Sometimes I can recall there have been a pack order, sometimes not. Any invoice with package, I can’t recall that I’ve got.
Doesn’t matter, you have the documentation you need. Nothing to worry about.
One can always think the packing and distribution that comes from Amazon, isn't always the best. But as long as everything arrive undamaged, and you have your receipt, nothing to worry about.
I very often don't get a packing slip in a box from Amazon. There's enough stickers on the outside of box with my name, address and God knows what else
("and she ordered this after 10pm last night, yet here you are, poor sod, slogging through the rain to deliver it at 3:47 this afternoon and do you realize it's meanwhile been on two planes and a different truck?")
but lots of times it's just my stuff and some packing (maybe) in the interior. If the packer's working off a handheld device in an Amazon warehouse instead of pieces of paper dished out by a human or automated dispatcher, that suits me fine. The email always says what's being shipped anyway, regardless of whether it's a partial order or the whole thing.
Thank you both for your help, I ordered some Christmas presents early from amazon so I started to worry that it maybe fell out and family may find the receipt, invoice or packing slip as they would know what their Christmas presents are going to be.
Yeah, I hate the Christmas rush lol, everything going out of stock, best to get it all sorted now for a stress free Xmas
Easy. I don't celebrate Christmas so I buy nothing. I rarely go to the shops, but never in December.
I'm always glad when I don't! It's just one more thing to shred.
I have bad experiense working with Amazon. Have purchaned notes from Max Richter and I didn't receive it.
